Is this a coaching program or a methodology?

A methodology, applied with coaching as the delivery mechanism. The protocols are the work. The coaching exists to keep you measuring, iterating, and not negotiating with yourself.

Do I need to be already “optimized” to start?

No. Most operators arrive somewhere between exhausted and high-functioning. The Optimize stage is built precisely to take you from baseline to capable; you don't skip it because you think you're past it.

What's the time commitment, honestly?

Roughly 90 minutes a day across training, breath, and stillness during the foundation phase. More on training-heavy days, less on rest days. The non-negotiable is consistency, not duration.

Are there guaranteed results?

There are guaranteed measurements. Whether the markers move depends on you. No protocol succeeds against an operator who treats it as optional.

Why isn't the price published?

Because the engagement is shaped to you, not to a tier card. Investment is disclosed once we've read the application, scoped the work, and confirmed mutual fit. If price is the first question, this isn't the room.

Do you ship supplements?

No. We're not in the supplement business. Where supplementation is indicated by your panel, we name the molecule, the dose, and three vetted suppliers. You buy from them, not us.
